Good girls and boys are protected from nightmares by the benevolent winks. However, when the winks are captured and turned into hoodwinks, nightmares begin to plague the dreams of boys and girls. It is up to Ruff and Tumble to rescue the winks and return peace to sleeping boys and girls.
